  I see a number of negative reviews here but my experience with Metro was excellent. Very nice and responsive dispatcher and helpful tech and supervisor. The tech took the extra time necessary to identify and solve the problem. It all comes down to the tech you get but my experience with Metro was top notch.

  i got hurt on the job , and they fired me 2 weeks later before i got better , for a huge company , this place is a disgrace to our country ... Thanks for supporting your techs .. SMH

  Metro repaired my washer once, it broke again 2 days later. Had them come back to fix it, they were 2 hours late, and left before fixing it, claiming the doorman couldnt reach me. Called them directly, they were only 10 mins away. Said I waited 2 hours late for them, can't you turn around and come back. Repairman refused, unless I "sweetened the pot" for him. What a joke company Metro is. I'd rather shave my eyebrows than ever deal with them again. STAY AWAY.
