  If I could give zero stars I would. Deposited $500 into my boyfriend's account at this branch and it never showed up. Went there today and was told by Manuel he couldn't do anything without a receipt but we could start an investigation so we opted to do that but then he backtracked and said he didn't have time. He treated us like we were an inconvenience and he couldn't be bothered. My boyfriend went to the Cedar Knolls branch and they were able to track the deposit which turned out the Rockaway teller wrote down the wrong account number and the $500 was put into someone else's account. The staff at the rockaway branch are rude, incompetent, and lazy because they don't want to do anything to help their customers. Will never go there again because they cannot be trusted.
