  My residence is in a condo building. Ever since I changed my floor from carpet to a hardwood floor I started hearing my neighbor’s TV and other noise. John explained to me what he can do and he promised to keep trying until I’m satisfied. He has come back twice now to troubleshoot the source of the noise, but due to the unique construction of my wall he finds it a bit challenging. This challenge didn’t stop him from keeping his promise. After brainstorming with his team he is coming back for the 3rd time with no additional charge.
